Customized Small Group Experiences

Daufuskie Island Trail Rides seeks to create rides that are customized to the group.  We are happy to take out an individual or your group of up to five riders.  Our staff are both experienced and trained to fit each rider to the horse and suggest the most appropriate trail that suits your group’s time limit and experience level.  Our trail rides are suitable for ages 12+.  Our horses can accommodate up to 225 lbs.  We offer both English and Western seats to accommodate the preference of the riders.

All trails can be purchased with Packages which can include shuttle or golf cart transportation to and from either our private Haig Point ferry or the public Daufuskie Island ferry landing. See our Getting Here page for more information.

1-hour Trail Ride

Enjoy sweeping South Carolina Maritime Forest views and the beautiful, private Haig Point Community.
All rides will be a maximum of 6 riders to ensure one-on-one attention. Private rides are always available.

$150 per person

Optional Add-ons:
+ $45 per person for Ferry Pass
+ $10 per person for Shuttle to the Barn
+ $75 per day 4-Seater Golf Cart Rental (up to 4 people)
+ $100 per day 6-Seater Golf Cart Rental (up to 6 people)

Rides are offered Wednesday - Sunday (other days may be able to be accommodated)

Ride Times are flexible and dependent on weather conditions. Please call for availability.
